Set your House in Order
Isaiah 38:1-38:2 Set your House in Order, for thou shall shurley die. A look into the Heart of man and God. The Bible tells us that mans wisdom is foolishness to God. That there is a way that seems right to man but in the end it leads to destruction. This warning came to King Hezekiah, in Isaiah 38:1, what is God telling us today, that our houses are not in order? There is much in scripture concerning the House of God and of man. But before we consider this, lets look at the three parts of man himself. 1. The soul, the soul is the part of the man that thinks and reasons and plans. Its the mind that Satan wants to control and once he controls your mind then he has it all. Our mind controls the speech and recognition of good and evil. 2. The Flesh, the flesh is the physical part of man, which wants only that which is good for itself, lust and pleasure and anything that feels good. The flesh and mind work well together, what the mind says the flesh follows after. 3. The Spirit, the spirit is what makes us who we are, it separates us from all other beings and animals. The scripture tells us that there is one thing that man and animal have in common, that is a spirit. It goes on to say that when a man and animal die that the spirit of the animal goes back into the ground from which it came and the spirit of man goes up to judgment. There are many different interpretations of scripture, lets look at one. 1st Timothy 3:5, for if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the Church of God? We can look at this the way many look at it, the home that a man lives in or we can look at this spiritually in this manner. If we as christians cant rule our spiritual house. We saw a minute ago that there are three parts to man, the flesh, soul and spirit, which do you suppose is supposed to rule the other two? The spirit, the spirit must take dominion over the other two. This is what makes us christians and separates us from the world. We have to look at the ordnances of God and determine the right path to take. The Bible states that, Judgment begins at the House of God. The Church. Our house is supposed to be the temple of the Holy Ghost, but how many people are being deceived in changing their pattern of life because of false doctrine? The house that we are inside must be clean and acceptable to God as a Holy sacrifice. We are told that we must offer up our bodys as a living sacrifice to God which is our reasonable service to God. Why? Because we are the house of God. A stone , a pillar, a piece of the temple. We are lively stones which should be fit for the masters use. Not corrupt or vile or tainted. Why do you suppose that the scriptures state that, not everyone that sayeth, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, only those who do the will of the Father.? What then, is the will of God here in this verse? The will of God, to keep it simple, is to believe in the Son. Jesus. There are to many ministers trying to make the gospel so difficult to understand, its a wonder that anyone is saved. Jesus, was direct and understandable, He keep it simple. Such as, A house divided among itself shall not stand, not the physical but the spiritual. Our House, our spirit, our life, you are the house, and if you are divided between Jesus and the world, you will not stand the test, that everyone will have to face at the Judgment time. So get your house in order. But we as the house, also, according to Jesus, must count the cost. And what is the cost? As we've said before, salvation is free, but decipleship, will cost you everything. Warning after warning in scripture, telling us, today, that the time is short, decern the signs of the times. Ephesians 5:16, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. The congregation of the church have responsibility and so do the pastors. We being not many masters, knowing that we receive the greater condemnation. We have a responsibility to the church to make sure that the wolf doesn't make it into the sheep fold, we are to give our life for the sheep. We are the house that must stand, the preachers, teachers, ministers, lay-member and door keeper, helpers, all together. We have built on a firm foundation, a rock, which cannot be moved. I'm telling you right now, if we cant go to Heaven, hand in hand, we are not going to make it. So remember what Isaiah said to King Hezekiah, all of us, Set your House in order, Set it in order, church, and pray that you are found worthy to escape the tribulation that is coming upon the whole world. Feeding the Beast.
Revelation 13:1-13:9 Feeding the Beast, If any man have an ear, let him hear. Rev 13:1-9 Is the world, feeding the beast, making him stronger? What or who is the beast, is he here or is he to come? Are we giving the right answers to the wrong questions? Lets look at revelations 13: 1-9, And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea. The book of revelations refer to the beast as an enemy of God and anything that is righteous. The Jews today are worried that their government is feeding the beast, by giving concessions to Syria, returning land that they took from their enemy's by war. Egypt, Syria, ect, are all taking bites out of Israel. But a little closer home, are we feeding the beast. Lust, greed, false doctrine, false preaching, teaching, deceiving one another, while the beast gets stronger from our inconsistencies? Chewing up our churches and christians from within, getting stronger from the flesh and blood of the elect of God. You say, it cant happen here, not in America, we chose our own destiny. Yes, its happening here. Look around at the schools, no prayer, one woman, had the power to remove prayer from our schools, where was the church while this was going on, the ten commandments are not allowed to be posted in our court houses, homosexuals are allowed to meet in our schools but if you protest, then you are the evil one, not allowing free speech. Christians are the 2nd most hated people in the world, the Jews are the 1st. Look at Revelations 13:9-10, this is very important, look at what Jesus said in Verse 9, If any man have an ear, let him hear. Why was this put here? Jesus was trying to tell us to pay attention. Verse 10, He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. We have to help one another, guide one another, support one another, we need each other, we are a family, not just in the church building, but outside. remember the Lords prayer, yea thou I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.? Do you actually know what the valley of the shadow of death is, its when you walk out of you house, when you leave the church building, when you take your dog for a walk, its the world outside your own front door. Thats where the valley is and thats the valley where the beast is waiting, and hungry. Rape, murder, prostitution, pornography, homo-sexuality, alcoholism, drug addiction, lies, its all there in the valley and the beast is waiting for you and your children and friends. The world knows the beast and its feeding him, making him stronger, the Jews are trying to fight him but to no avail. I'm not a theologian, many might say, that the beast in Revelations has to rise out of the sea, their right, the sea in these verses is a metiphore, look at it this way, the beast is in hiding, until he gains strength, right now he's growing up and feeding on any thing that he can get his hands on. Some are waiting on the anti-christ to arrive, but church, he's already here, the Bible tells us so, its the spirit of the anti-christ and the spirit of the beast that we should have already started to fight. You say, thats for the ones that are not raptured, but church, think about the ones that are not saved, maby your own children, your neighbors and friends. we don't know when Christ is coming after us, think about the others. Take a quick look at verses 7 and 8 and think on these things. Hear what the spirit sayeth unto the Church, hear, hear and understand, time is short, we cant afford the luxury of making mistakes with our or someone's else's soul. The beast is hungry. remember at the beginning I asked a few questions, are we, giving the right answers to the wrong questions, are we confusing people with doctrine thats not scripture? Think, are we feeding the Beast? ars.

Let us go on to Perfection
Hebrews 6:1-6:2 Let us go on to perfection, An exhortation to remain steadfast in the Faith. Soon we shall see the portals of Glory, soon we shall see the Great I Am, The Almighty Living God. What does every Church need, what are the people looking for? What are you seeking in this world and especially in the next? Hebrews 6:1-2, Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on to perfection; How, by getting nearer the cross. Do you believe in the Book and the Blood, I mean, really believe? Shout Glory, to the God of Heaven, I am who I am By the will of God, the Joy of the Lord is my strength and I will not be moved. Joy, Grace, Peace, Power and understanding, all attributes of God, yes but of His children, us. We have the Power of the Holy Ghost, we have the Power of Jesus, we Have the Power of the Cross. What separates us from the world and the un-believers? Hebrews 13:10, We have an alter, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle. We have been grafted into the branch, which is Christ Jesus our Lord and no man can take us out. We are a separated people a royal priest-hood, a diferent people we are the Children of God, and we shall not be moved. Joy, Power in us, rejoice, I say again, Rejoice. You are the saints of Heaven, the Saints of God. We need no man to declare us saints, we have one of greater power that has already set us apart, He is the one in scripture that has declared and given us sainthood. The power of the resurrection is at our finger tips, all we have to do is by faith, reach out and touch the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. Reach out children, reach out and touch the Living God. And the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies. Do you believe in the power of the Holy Ghost, I do, I believe in resurrection, I believe in healing I believe in the Blood. In 1999 I was declared dead of a massive heart attack, Glory to God. My wife as per instruction of the Holy Ghost, came into the room, laid hands upon me, invoked the name of Jesus and the Power of the Blood of the Lamb, and I arose. I'm alive, I'm alive, all my sins have been forgiving and Heavens gates are opened wide. To the glory of God, I've survived two massive heart attacks, Reflux Sympathetic Dystrophy and Diabetes. Let us go on to perfection, lets not set around and wait on Jesus to return, he said occupy till I come, occupy means, do business, go on, do the work that He's called us all to do, preach the gospel, be instant in season and out of season, do the work of an evangelist. Just because you say, that you wernt called to be an evangelist doesn't mean that you cant evangelise. Hebrews 6:18, That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us.an Anchor. Lets go back to verse 1 again. let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God. What you did yesterday was fine, if it was for the Glory of the Lord, but the works that you did are gone, what about today, have you moved forward, today, lets go on. There should be Joy in your heart as you inter the portals of the Church there should be excitement in you step, anxious to know what God is going to do in the service, chills running down you spine as the songs begin, waiting upon the Lord, your prayers should have been prayed before you left your house, This is the time to praise the Lord, lifting up Holy Hands, singing in the spirit. My Jesus, my Savior, Lord there is none like you, all of my days, I long to praise the wonder of you mighty, Love. Its not time to be still, Its time to rejoice, you are in the presence of God. Expect the foundation to shake as He enters, expect miracles to happen. And the scriptures states, And the place where they prayed, WAS SHAKEN. Our God is alive for evermore. Thats what separates us from other religions, that don't believe in Jesus, Our God is alive, He's not made into an image of Gold, Silver, bronze, stone or wood, He's alive. Say out loud, I am somebody, I am a Child of the King, I am who I am by the grace of God and I will not be moved. Now, my brothers and sisters , now we can go on to perfection, We are in the world but not of the world, let the world do what it wants, we are a separated people, lets rejoice in the Lord . As Martin Luther King once said, I'm free at last, I'm free at last, Thank God almighty, I'm free at last.

IN the Light of Day
Philippians 1:21-1:23 In the Light of Day Philippians 1:21-23 For to me to Live is Christ, and to die is gain. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ, which is far better. Jesus said that we can only walk in the day when we are able to see clearly and that there will come a time that no man can work because of the night. He was always comparing day and night , life and death as a form of choice that we all have to make. The Apostle Paul had already made his choice, he was willing to let go of this life so that he could enjoy the next. Paul was always set to defend the Gospel, willing to give up all for the joy of walking in the light with Jesus. We don't know what we will be, but we know that we will be like Him. I am the way, the truth and the Life, the light of the world. Just imagine what it will be like, never having to sleep or see another sun set. Imagine for a moment seeing the gates of Heaven , those two great pearls opened wide and the brilliant light of home. This reminds me of a song that we used to sing, There's a light in the window, and the tables spread with splendor, There's someone standing by an open door, I can see a cristial river, Lord I must be near forever, Lord I've never been this Homesick before. The time of our sojourning here is but a space of time that will end. We've had to endure so many hardships and troubles and trials, sometimes it seems like its been an eternity. But its just been a vapor of smoke. Are we willing to give all for an eternity with Jesus. Are you ready to go home church, are you ready to walk in the light forever, Its not going to be like what We've all gotten use to down here, our victory has only just begun. Can you feel a change in the weather, can you feel a change in the spirit, can you see the angels gathering around the table, ready to seat us, to serve us and to teach us all the mysteries of Heaven, at the Masters command. Walking into the throne room of God with boldness as a son toward his Father. Paul in Hebrews states it this way, 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Thats Pauls instruction for now, but when we all get to Heaven we can go to the throne at any time, shouting and leaping and praising God. There will be no more curse upon the earth, no more sickness, no more death, no more crying over lost loved ones, no more night. The government will be honest, the judge will be righteous, for he will be the Son of God. No more night, for we will be all consumed in the light of love from the throne. Revelations 22:5 And there shall be no night there, and they need no candle, neither light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light, and they shall reign for ever and ever. Get ready for a change church, get ready for a blessing, get ready for the trump of God is about to sound the end of our night and an opening of a brand new day. Just think of it being able to play among the stars, and the earth, no more seas being able to walk completely around the earth, seeing things that no man has ever seen before. Being as little children in a brand new amusement park, created by God. This is our vision in the end days, that we live in, this is our vision that will get us thru. This is the light of a brand new day. Did Paul see a vision or have a dream that caused him to ponder the two things that would affect his life or death? He was wanting to leave this world and be with Jesus, He wanted to leave this darkness that we call life. Are we just existing as christians or are we living life as christians, being full of grace and mercy from the Father of Lights. Can we say that our existence is well worth spent or are we tired and now willing to leave this world and be with Christ? Paul said it this way, it was more needful for them , for him to stay. As it is with us, we have an obligation to others to endure the night so that others can also see the light of day. A man once asked me, If I walk at night down an alley, and trip and break my leg, was it satans fault? My answer to him was. If you walk in the dark expect to get hurt. We walk in the light because we are a pacular people, a royal priest-hood, a separated people, you are somebody special. The streets of gold await you, a new body, a new song, a new beginning. Just like the old song, I'm on my way to that fare land where the soul of man never dies, my darkest nights shall turn to day, where the soul of man never dies. What a glorious day awaits us. To walk in the light of our Lord forever. ars.

You cant Go Home Again.
Matthew 10:34-10:36 You Cant Go Home Again You cant return to the life you've left as a child and the home that you remember is no longer there. Matthew 10:34-36 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth, I am come not to send peace, but a sword. and a mans foes shall be they of his own household. To be able to understand the spiritual side of the scripture, you have to understand the physical side of life. The scriptures are spiritually understood, I've named this sermon, You cant Go Home Again, because it was delivered to me by the spirit especially to show me, that the things that I remember from my childhood are no longer there. So lets look at the physical first, At a glance you can see the people that you used to know are grown up, moved on and some have passed on. Do you remember people of your youth, that you haven't seen in years, you remember them as pretty and handsome and strong, and then all of a sudden you see them and cant believe the condition that they are in. The home you grew up in is gone, the town you remember has changed so much, you don't recognize anything. I ran into a friend of mine, that I haven't seen in 30 years, they didn't match the memory I had of them, it broke my heart. My mother in laws house that I use to visit was gone and in its place was nothing but weeds, children grew up there and I was married there, all gone. The family that I once knew were not the same, they became, not really family , not really friends and not really enemies, but a mixture of all three, supportive of my ministry, no, concerned with my feelings, no, worried over my health, not really. Then the spirit said again, You cant go Home Again. Jesus said in Matthew 10:39. He that findeth his life shall lose it, and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. This verse, as with many in scripture, holds more than one meaning, for me I found a special meaning, a meaning that reveled the message from the Holy Spirit, I cant go Home, because, it no longer exists and what I find will hurt me. But we've found a better life, that we must commit, body, mind and soul to. That life with Jesus. He told us that He would be everything that we needed, Father, Mother, Sister and Brother. If you can say that nothing has changed in your life, then you've become the exception to the rule. In Matthew 13:57 But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house. Your home-town, will turn away from you and your own family will turn away from you, thats what Jesus was saying. The word, SAVE, here means, except. Your honor is not with those that you remember fondly, as you were growing up, but with strangers that you've never met. We are now in a different life with a different lifestyle, a different leadership has taken hold of us, we cant go home again. The account of the young rich man, in 19:16-22, demonstrates the point that Jesus was making, once we've left home, or the old life of sin, we cant go back, we have to let everything go and begin anew. We have to release everything, including, money, homes, lands, family, everything, because once we've been born again, our life starts over in Christ, Behold, all things have passed away, behold all things become new. If this isn't the way your living, as a christian, then your still wanting to turn back, trying to hang on to the old memories of people and things in your past. Its a dream world brothers and sisters, its a fantasy. Its time to let go of the dream and face the reality of this present world that we live in. Don't be mistaken, memories are fine, memories of loved ones that have gone on to meet Jesus, memories of a happier time, but keep them in perspective. Once we have put our hands to the plow and turned back, Jesus Said, that you are not fit for the kingdom of heaven, in otherwise, once you've accepted, Jesus, as Lord of your life and Savior of your soul, you cant go home, you cant go back from where you came from, its no longer there, its gone. Satan will use these memories to tempt and torment you, he will try to give you a fantasy world to live in, using up valuable time from your work for God, in endless, dreams of a by gone time, of memories of home, that was sweet and peaceful, safe and serine. He will come to you as an angel of light, pretending to be a friend, he will try to tell you that he can take you home again, to relive past honor and glory to revive past loves and accomplishments. All the while, trying to drown you in sorrow and disappointments of things that no longer exists. Cherish your memories, but consintrait on making new ones, fresh ones, memories of people that you've lead to Jesus, church gatherings that you've really been blessed and look for the joy of your new life in heaven. You cant go Home any more, but why would you want to, you've got a brand new home, just over the next sunrise, just past the next prayer, just a step beyond the river. A Home where you'll never have to keep anymore memories of the old days because the day will never end. ars.

Part time Christians,Hafe way Salvation. Matthew 23:4-23:4 Jesus was teaching to pick up your cross and follow me. Letting the dead bury the dead.A look into part time christians , ready only at a weeks notice. Many people call upon God when its eather convient or when they are in trouble, haveing only faith for the moment and not for the long run. Matthew 23:4, Jesus said, For they bind heavy burdens and grevious to be borne, and lay them on mens shoulders, but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. Can you say that when youve seen a fellow christian at a fault, that you have helped him to return to the right path or did you start accuseing them or start rumors at church? Have you looked in the Bible quickly to find fault with someone else , trying to find the right scripture to condemn them and to justify yourself, makeing yourself selfrightious? Jesus called these types of people hypocrites, for they say one thing and then do another. Jesus goes on to say, Even so ye also outwardly appear rightious unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Are we so ready to condemn that we condemn ourselves, Luke 6:23.....condemn not and ye shall not be condemned....., What is a part time christian? You know, they show up at special gatherings of the church, homecomings, song fests, business meatings, these are the ones that give a dollar or two to the offering and then want their say heard. Their the first ones there on Easter and the last to be seen when it comes to doing the work at the church building. Sounds harsh? Jesus said more., Jesus wasnt afraid to call people what they were. Jesus wasnt afraid to tell the truth. Isnt that what being saved is all about, not being afraid any more? Are we not to be about our Fathers business, going out into the highways and by ways ,compelling them to come in? Being a christian doesnt stop at midnight Sunday night. Jesus had to rebuke the Pharises many times, today we call them part time christians, in His day He called them, hypocrits, they wanted the best seats, the best tables,the best clothes, the best food, they wanted attention for everything that they did. But they wanted the work to go to everyone else, sound familiar? You may ask yourself, why would someone want to preach a sermon like this? The answer, Look around you, look at the world, look at the neighbourhood, look at the church, its changeing by the minute, Jesus said it would. God wants wariers, he wants people to be able to stand and endure when the preasure comes on, when the heat goes up, when the decision that his people make are not decisions of what to wear to church, but decisions of weather we are willing to give our life for Jesus. Yes there is comming a time when we will hafe to make that decision and much more. Strength in the Church of God, thats why, strength in numbers that God can count on, if we are part time christians we can be changed into someone that God can depend on. We hafe to put on the whole armour of God and be willing to stand. There are people in the churches today that will judge others so much that we lose good working christians. Its time this all stops, were all in this together. Jesus said ,if we cant love our brother that we can see, how then can we say that we love God who we cannot see? Lets get back to business and if you are a part time christian, come back into the fold, be one of the sheep again, Jesus will lead you into the paths of rightiouness. ars.

If Jesus Never Came. part 1.
2 Peter 2:4-2:11 If Jesus Never Came. part 1. A look at, Athiest, Agnostice, Humanist and Freethinkers. There are many people that call themselves atheist, to me an atheist is an agnostic without a clue. I believe if we took a poll on atheist from ever major war, we would find out many Atheist were turned into Agnostics and Agnostics were turned into believers. An atheist is; One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods. An agnostic is;One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism. Why are Athiest, Agnostice, Humanist, Freethinkers and the like so preoccupied about proveing that God and His Son Jesus dont exist? Is there something in the Bible that scares them so much that we have become a threat to them? It doesnt take much not to believe in something, but it takes all to believe in God. Christianity, in mankind, is not perfect by any means. The Apostil Paul stated, “Let us go on to perfection...”Heb 6:1. We disagree many times over many subjects but we all have come to the agreement that we can all disagree. I think that is pretty civil of us, dont you? Well lets put it this way, If God didnt exist then neither would, Athiest, Agnostice, Humanist or Freethinkers. Now lets take a look at the world as If Jesus Never Came. An atheist states that God or gods dont exist, this is not entirely the truth on their part. An Atheist doesnt believe in the Theory of Darwin so that makes him a believer in a higher power. They believe, or are interested, in spirituallity and sense spirituallity is a religious term they lie to themselves. So we will look at it from that point of view. The question that these people should be asking is “Who created religion?” Athieism, Agnosticeism, Humanism or Freethinkers are terms that constitute a religion. Religion is actually; Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe. A personal or institutionalized system grounded in such belief and worship. The life or condition of a person in a religious order. A set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader. A cause, principle, or activity pursued with zeal or conscientious devotion. Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. In this statement the Bible speaks not a word about religion or worship, you would be, in fact, hard pressed to find any mention of these subjects untill Chapter 4. A covenant relationship didnt arrive untill chapter 6. Again religion is still not mentioned, so what was God doing with man? He was making a pact, a promise and a covenant, not religion. Religion came into effect begining in chapter 10 with Nimrod. The Hebrew name Nimrod means "let us rebel," given by his contemporaries to Nimrod as one who ever had in his mouth such words to stir up his band to rebellion. Nimrod subverted the existing patriarchal order of society by setting up a chieftainship based on personal valor and maintained by aggression. [Fausset] This is an athesist comment; ”I am interested in spirituality, and I have a general interest in the history of Christianity and the bible. I find most of the active Christians I meet to be nice people, and I am fascinated by how they twist and avoid the truth in order to claim the Bible is somehow holy. I also see it mis-used often in Politics, and I always urge people to read the bible, line for line, so in that respect we have the same goals. I would love for bible reading to be compulsury in public schools, line for line, without Christian spin.” Most athesist fall under the catigory in religionism; A state of often extreme religious ardour; {Fiery intensity of feeling.} Morris notes, "The essential identity of the various gods and goddesses of Rome, Greece, India, Egypt, and other nations with the original pantheon of the Babylonians is well established. [In fact], Nimrod himself was apparently later deified as the chief god (’Merodach’ or ’Marduk’) of Babylon.(Rom. 1:23)And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Babylon means the “Gate of God.” The citizens of Babylon had rejected the knowledge of the true God. Therefore, we should expect the creation of a false religion as part of their dubious cultural achievements. Again, the Bible speaks of "mystery Babylon," that is, of the reality symbolized by the earthly city, saying that it is "the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth" (Rev. 17:5). This refers, as do the ideas of prostitution and abomination throughout the Bible, to false religion.Turn to any book on astrology and you will find that it was the Chaldeans (another name for the inhabitants of Babylon) who first developed the zodiac by dividing the sky into sections and giving meanings to each on the basis of the stars that are found there. A person’s destiny is said to be determined by whatever section or "sign"he is born under. [THE TOWER OF BABEL AND THE CONFUSION OF LANGUAGES] by Lambert Dolphin So as you can see in just the 1st couple of Chapters in Genisus, that it was man that started religion and not God. God, in the begining of man had to deal with rebellion and hatred of His athourity by man, because of the Fall of Adam. Regarded as deserving special respect or reverence: Athiest, Agnostice, Humanist, Freethinkers very seldom attack The New Testiment for they see the Old Testiment as a key to destroy all beliefe. War in the old Testiment is a key target of many people. They fail to understand that it was mans lack of understanding, compassion and duty to all mankind that caused war. James 4:1, puts it this way; From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Lusts is the key word here. Man in the, Old as well as the New Testiment, even continueing on today, is the primary cause of death and destruction. In the Old Testiment, God had to destroy man so that mankind could survive, or evolve, eather way you wish to look at it. The reason for the flood and the death of all but a few lets look at; Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.Gen 6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. A Look at prophecy and today’s headlines. How many here today know what the word Prophecy actually means? For a number of years now ,I along with many other ministers have been teaching prophecy more and more. From Websters 1828 Dictionary; Prophecy PROPH’ECY, n. [Gr. to foretell, before and to tell. This ought to be written prophesy.] 1. A foretelling; prediction; a declaration of something to come. As God only knows future events with certainty, no being but God or some person informed by him, can utter a real prophecy. The prophecies recorded in Scripture, when fulfilled, afford most convincing evidence of the divine original of the Scriptures, as those who uttered the prophecies could not have foreknown the events predicted without supernatural instruction. 2 Pet 1. 2. In Scripture, a book of prophecies; a history; as the prophecy of Ahijah. 2 Chr 9. 3. Preaching; public interpretation of Scripture; exhortation or instruction. Prov 31. Teaching prophecy is different than to prophsi. 1Co 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:[ many do not believe in the Gifts of the Spirit, which sometimes makes it hard for those of use who do, to teach prophecy] Rev 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.[ many say that revelations has been fulfilled already, this is a misconception and very dangerous] I am not here today to prophecy but to shine light on Biblical prophecy. Lets read and learn together. Isa 28:2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand. Isa 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. [M.H. Isa 65:17-25 - In the grace and comfort believers have in and from Christ, we are to look for this new heaven and new earth. The former confusions, sins and miseries of the human race, shall be no more remembered or renewed. The approaching happy state of the church is described under a variety of images. He shall be thought to die in his youth, and for his sins, who only lives to the age of a hundred years. The event alone can determine what is meant; but it is plain that Christianity, if universal, would so do away violence and evil, as greatly to lengthen life. In those happy days, all God’s people shall enjoy the fruit of their labours. Nor will children then be the trouble of their parents, or suffer trouble themselves. The evil dispositions of sinners shall be completely moritified; all shall live in harmony. Thus the church on earth shall be full of happiness, like heaven. This prophecy assures the servants of Christ, that the time approaches, wherein they shall be blessed with the undisturbed enjoyment of all that is needful for their happiness. As workers together with God, let us attend his ordinances, and obey his commands.[additional ref; Isa 65:17-19 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. Jos 14:9 And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children’s for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the LORD my God. Remember that God created good and not evil. Man corrupted the earth and it must be cleansed. If you noticed in Genesis every thing that God created He called good except when He came to man, for He knew that man would become disobedient and corrupt. Eze 39:14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search. Pro 8:23 I was set up5258 from everlasting,4480, 5769 from the beginning,4480, 7218 or ever4480, 6924 the earth776 was. [Strongs #s] Mat 24:6-8 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. ”but the end is not yet.” The end of what? Many take this as to mean the end of the world. This is not so, the world will not be destroyed but renovated. Isa 24:6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. Isa 14:7 The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing. Isa 24:1 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. Isa 24:19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. Isa 24:20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again. There are countless scriptures that state that the earth will last for eternity but it will be cleaned by fire to renew it back to its origional state. God declaired that what He created was good and no where in scripture have I ever found that God ever destroyed that which was good.[ ref.Gen.1:1-10] These next verses are also prophecy. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Luke 21:20-28 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.] Prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes. Petulance and famine in Africa, Floods and earth quakes in Japan, Indonesia and even in the United States. Wars and roomers of Wars, from Iraq and Afghanistan to Africa and the Russian Satellites. How much more do the people of the earth have to see before they realize that the end is drawing closer each day? How much more do the people of the earth have to see before they turn to the only one who guarantees safety? How much more do the people of the earth have to see before they realize that there is another side of Jesus? Jesus will return but not as a babe, not as a Lamb but as a Warier in revenge for unbridled sin and corruption. A destroying angle bringing justice and righteousness upon the earth. How much more do the ministers of God have to see before they also start teaching prophecy, especially those that believe that Revelations is fulfilled? How much more? Eze 27:34 In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall. Jer 25:30 Therefore prophesy thou against them all these words, and say unto them, The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread the grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth. Doom and gloom? No. Truth. The LORD shall roar from on high, and His words shall be fulfilled. Its time we all shouted the warning, Christ will not terry much longer. ars Call no man Father Matthew 23:5-23:10 Call no man Father A look at deception and Consequences. The institution of the Christian religion was and is still based on the words of Jesus and the Holy Spirit directing men to put forth laws and statutes that are pleasing to the Father. Many have taken this law of Our Father in Heaven and made it to none effect upon this earth to millions. Some times men will say, “Its all in the interpretation.” But where in the Bible is it stated that, the Scripture is only open to private interpretation? This is a deception and misleading statement. In Matthew 23:5 we see Jesus rebuking the leadership of the Church for Vanity, lets read; Matthew 23:5-10 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. The stability of the House of Israel was not upon the minds of the religious leadership at this time. Leaders were trying, as is today, to enlarge their influence upon the congregations. Making laws and rules and changing the truth of the word of God into a lie. Not stopping for a moment to see the damage that they have done neither repenting of it. These men as some are today, cannot see clearly neither can they see any farther than their own ambition. Wanting to make a name for themselves in the annals of history, but what they fail to understand, history will neither remember them nor will any of the saints of God. Ask yourself a question, Why Did Jesus come to this earth? What was so important that He gave up, Glory for abuse, a mansion for a rock, Golden Garments for Rags, Honor for Dishonor? John 8:45-49 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. How many have been put down because they have told the truth? Mankind has gotten to the point that they would rather believe a lie instead of believing the truth. Mans truth is short lived and it is cankerous and moth eaten. Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? Why wont they believe the truth, message after message from the Word of God and many still reject the truth. Man has stated;” We have developed a Roadmap to Peace in the Middle East.” The facts state; U.S. Consulate in Saudi Arabia hit An attack on the U.S. consulate in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, left five non-American staff, four police and three extremists dead, U.S. and Saudi officials said after the three-hour long battle. Suit against military policy on Gays, Gunfights rage in Baghdad streets. After escaping from the PA prison several months ago, Kamil returned to the Jenin region and significantly increased his involvement in Islamic Jihad activity. Kamil is responsible for both executing and directing explosive device attacks and shooting attacks against Israeli security forces operating in the Kabatya region. What have they done, have they delivered any from sin, have they saved a single soul, have they created anything from nothing, have they caused man to be at peace with each other, NO. They can do nothing. And what about them hearing the truth, Jesus said; He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God. This was a harsh statement wasn’t it, but does this statement from Christ still hold true today? The answer is yes. Everything Jesus said and did was from the True Father in Heaven and not a man made doctrine of human fatherhood. Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil? {This was an example of Blaspheme of the Holy Ghost} Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me. {Mat 23:12-13 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.} [ABA’SED, pp. Reduced to a low state, humbled, degraded.] Jesus in this verse declares the state of the Priest and others that dared to exalt themselves above the level of servant to the people. Jesus stated that, he came to serve and not to be served. These last few verses are the most ignored verses in Scripture, Lets read; “But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.” Commandments from Jesus. Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Matthew 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. If this were not important to the association of man to God, Jesus would not have stated these commandments. Our relationship with The Father is based upon our acceptance of Him as, Father, Counselor, Teacher, King, Master, and Almighty God. But when we put man at the same level as God then there is a breakdown in our relationship with God. “Howbeit in vain” ” But in vain’ they do worship me! Is your worship of God in vain, does he hear your prayers and petitions or does He turn His back to a adulterous and gainsaying person? Are you calling a man Holy Father, who can neither answer prayers nor forgive sin? {But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.} these men were destined for Hell, are you?
